Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-10 (version 2026-07-10). These terms cover the Onus iV member app at onusiv.app, operated by Onus iV, a Colorado-based IV therapy and wellness business.

1. What this app is

The member app is a companion to your in-person relationship with Onus iV. It shows your membership, credit balance and history, and service menu; links you to external booking; and gives you secure access to lab-result links your care team shares with you. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, does not process payments, and does not book appointments itself - booking happens on external scheduling sites.

2. Accounts

Accounts are created by invitation from Onus iV. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell your Onus location promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the app, attempt to access other people's information, or interfere with the service.

3. Memberships and credits

Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are set by Onus iV and are described on onusiv.com; the app displays them for reference. Credits and transactions shown in the app are recorded by Onus staff as part of your membership. If a number looks wrong, contact your location - the in-clinic record controls. The app is not a payment method and holds no card details.

4. Health information and lab links

Lab results are hosted by the laboratory, not stored in this app. The app holds only a secure link and opens it for you after you sign in. Content on the app or onusiv.com is general information, not medical advice - always talk with a qualified provider about your health.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may end access for violations.

6. Service changes and availability

We may change, add, or remove app features, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Your membership itself is governed by the terms you agreed to with Onus iV in person or on onusiv.com; if those conflict with the app's display, the membership terms control.

7. Disclaimers and limits

The app is provided as-is. To the maximum extent Colorado law allows, Onus iV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use, and our total liability related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the membership month in which the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Ending your account

You can request account deletion anytime from Account > Delete account, or by contacting your location. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what must be retained.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will update the version and effective date above and note the change in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
